in-store pickup
in-store pickup is available daily during open hours. orders are packed as soon as placed, but bottles can be requested cold at pickup. select “in-store pickup” as your delivery option at check out.
nyc fedex delivery
delivery to all five boroughs is fulfilled via fedex for a flat rate of $15 + $0.50/item. brooklyn orders usually arrive within two business days of the order being placed and require signature.
manhattan delivery south of 21st street
delivery is available south of 21st street daily for a flat rate of $8 which includes a driver tip of $2.50. this rate applies up to 1 cs, after that additional payment is required. delivery is fulfilled by 3rd party service, relay.
out of state shipping
we ship wine. shipping and rates are automatically calculated by Fedex for ground delivery. we do not ship to alabama, kentucky, massachusetts, missippi, north dakota, pennsylvania, south dakota, utah or vermont. shipping orders may take 48 hours to dispatch from the time of purchase.
for expedited wine shipping please us email your order and shipping request and we will prepare you a custom shipping quote and invoice that can be paid online.

purchases and refunds
payment for all web orders are processed through stripe. should a refund need to be issued due to stock discrepancies, leisir will notify you and funds will be returned to the card used within 5-10 days. if bottles are considered corked, please bring bottles back to leisir to confirm, if confirmed leisir will replace the bottle with the same item as originally purchased.
delivery disclaimer: local orders are fulfilled by 3rd party couriers relay and uber and a 21+ signature is required for drop-off for both. recipients certify through disclaimer they are at least 21 years of age at time of order. if you are unable to accept the package upon arrival, we can not guarantee a refund. if you need to coordinate an alternate delivery time please contact us at the time of purchase to arrange a scheduled delivery. if you are sending wine as a gift and are unsure the recipient will be able to receive a courier, please contact us to look into shipping via fedex as an alternative.
